Grey Christmas, Co-founder and distiller, has been a homebrewer for over 25 years. He worked at Dog Fish Head Crafts Brewery for seven years and eventually opened his brewery and craft distillery. Beach Time Distilling opened its testing room on August 15, 2015, at 32199 Nassau Rd #5, Lewes, Delaware.
Beach time distilling is a craft distillery producing Rum, Vodka, Gin, Whiskey, Speciality, and seasoned spirits; they also sell beach T-shirts. You can sample cocktails at the distillery such as; black or white Russian, firestorm, gin mule, Juiceman sour, manhattan, mojito, pirate punch, tsunami, and volcano.
Beach Time Distilling produces the following products;
Beach Fin Gin; Gin vapor distilled with Cassia, Corriander, Berries, Angelica, Lemongrass, Citrus Peel, Lavender, and Grains of Paradise.
Beach Fire Spiced Rum; an infusion of Silver Rum with Orange, Seven natural spices, Cinnamon, and Pepper. This rum has a 40% alcoholic beverage volume.
Beach gold rum; Silver Rum aged in a White Oak Barrel with a Bourbon flavor. It is blended with Caramel, Vanilla, Oak, and Char and has a 40% alcoholic content.
Beach Java; Coffee beans blended with Rum and has a chocolatey, fruity, and espresso-like taste with a 40% alcoholic beverage volume.
Beach nut rum; toasted Coconut Chips infused with Rum. Sugar-free with a smooth savory taste and has an alcohol content of 40%
Beach plum rum; an infusion of Beach town Silver Rum, Delmarva Beach Plus, and Dark Purple.
Beach Town Rum; distilled twice from Molasses and raw Sugar Cane. It has a sweet fruity vanilla taste with a 40% alcoholic beverage volume.
Slack Tide Vodka; Distilled from Corn-based neutral grain and extensively filtered through granular organic carbon with a sweet smooth taste and a 40 % alcoholic beverage volume.
Some Beach Bourbon Whiskey; it’s a straight Bourbon Whiskey, three-year-old distilled with Rye, Malt, and Corn cocktail.
